About My Practice

My practice is built around one core belief: growth starts with understanding yourself more deeply, not changing who you are. Here, therapy is affirming, flexible, and client-centered — a space where clients of all ages feel safe, supported, and empowered to use their voices in ways that feel authentic.

I specialize in social communication therapy (also called social cognitive therapy). This approach supports individuals in navigating their social world with confidence and clarity. Together, we define what social comfort and success look like, then build sustainable strategies to get there in a nurturing environment.

This work often includes:

  • Identifying meaningful social goals

  • Building tools for real-world interactions

  • Supporting self-advocacy

  • Growing confidence to navigate interactions in a preferred way

I provide tailored support for middle schoolers, teens, and young adults in building on their unique strengths and navigating social communication in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I collaborate with parents and caregivers to support connection and growth at home, extending progress beyond our sessions. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive of clients across diagnoses, identities, and life experiences, including those who are Autistic, ADHD, twice-exceptional (2E), or part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
